And of course, eating a healthy diet is not at odds with eating pasta, only instead of accompanied by a greasy industrial sauce will accompany a low-fat meat such as turkey or chicken and a sauce based on fresh vegetables. And it will be much better if the pasta is whole.
And so far our selection of “15 in less than 15” because they are all dishes for which at most we will have to devote 15 minutes to cooking.
